Processing typically takes 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Transit times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Domestic deliveries generally arrive within 5-7 business days, while international shipments may require 10-20 business days. Note that extreme weather events or customs clearance may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $0-$60; Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $60-$9999. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and select regions in South America and Africa. Some remote locations (e.g., certain islands, military bases, or territories) may require additional shipping time or incur supplemental fees. During checkout, our system will automatically indicate if we cannot deliver to your address.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. Click the tracking link to monitor your package's journey in real-time. For consolidated shipments with multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues or customs inspections. For lost packages, we'll initiate a carrier investigation and provide solutions within 3-5 business days.

Customs & Import Duties
